Siponimod (BAF-312, BAF312)，又称辛波莫德，是新一代、可口服的、有效鞘氨醇-1-磷酸(S1P)受体选择性激动剂，作用于S1P1/5受体，EC₅₀分别为0.39 nM和0.98 nM，比对S1P2/3/4受体选择性高1000倍以上。BAF312显著降低继发进展性多发性硬化症残疾风险。
