IBMX (3-Isobutyl-1-methylxanthine, Isobutylmethylxanthine, NSC165960, SC2964, NSC-165960, SC-2964)，又称3-异丁基-1-甲基黄嘌呤，是非特异的磷酸二酯酶(PDE)抑制剂，作用于PDE3/4/5，IC₅₀分别为6.5 μM、26.3 μM和31.7 μM。它能增强细胞内cAMP和cGMP水平，激活AGC蛋白激酶(PKA)。IBMX还能与腺苷受体结合，拮抗天然激动剂的抑制作用。
