Ginkgolide B (BN52021, BN-52021)，又称银杏内酯B或白果苦内酯B，是从银杏中提取的一种二萜内酯类化合物，是PAFR拮抗剂，是血小板活化因子拮抗剂，可在临床上用于治疗心血管疾病，也具有抗癌作用。
