Lapatinib ditosylate monohydrate，又称二甲苯磺酸拉帕替尼一水合物，是一种高效的、特异性的ErbB-2和EGFR酪氨酸激酶结构域的抑制剂（表皮生长因子受体抑制剂），对纯化的EGFR和ErbB-2的IC₅₀值分别为10.8 nM和9.2 nM，可诱导细胞G1期停滞，抑制肿瘤生长，具有抗癌活性。
